This project includes new mixed-use development in 7.06 acres, with approximately 247 apartment units, a 161-room hotel, a 292,000 square foot office building and 34,000 square feet of ground floor retail/commercial space. The site is adjacent to Luke McRedmond Park and was formerly occupied by a gasoline station, Shari's restaurant, and the Lagoon Center Business Park. The new structures will vary from 4 to 6 stories through the purchase of Transfer Development Rights (TDRs). Residential courtyards and street-level plazas are provided to tie in to the Park and encourage pedestrian activity. A total of 1,278 parking spaces will be provided.

Update

The site work is well underway. Building permits for the residential units and hotel have been issued. The hotel and residential units are under construction. The office building has taken occupancy.
