City Celebrates 100 Years of Redmond Bicyclists

Redmond, WA –  The community is invited to celebrate Redmond bicyclists at “Redmond’s 100th Birthday Bike Bash”. The party, part of Redmond’s year-long centennial celebration, is on Bike to Work Day, Friday May 18th from 4-6:30pm at Redmond City Hall along the Sammamish River Trail.

If you are an avid Redmond bicycle commuter, a weekend rider or simply someone who enjoys an occasional recreational bike ride, we are celebrating you at Redmond City Hall on May 18. Please come join the party and enjoy:

Live music from a few local favorite bands:
4-5pm – The Spazmatics
5-5:30pm – Rockin’ Bike to Work Day with Elvis
5:30-6:30pm – The Afrodisiacs

Enjoy free food and drink from Zeek’s pizza, The Root Beer Store and Whole Foods Market

Relax your biking muscles with free chair massages

Pick up Redmond’s brand new bike map and information on biking and free Redmond sustainability resources

Get your free give-a-ways and a chance at fabulous local door prizes
