Artwork from Redmond’s Digital Arts Festival is on exhibit from April 18 to May 31 at the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center, 16600 NE 80th Street.
The 2011 Digital Arts Festival took place on March 18 and 19 at DigiPen Institute of Technology where people of all ages and abilities explored and took part in the celebration of digital arts. The free event included hands-on art workshops, presentations from leaders in the digital arts community, interactive art installations and an exhibit of artwork.
Over 20 pieces are on exhibit at the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center, submitted by artists across the country. Works were created using a variety of digital programs and include original 2D and 3D digital pieces, photographic manipulations and mixed media digital works.
