Redmond, WA -
The City of Redmond recently completed its first round of new innovation projects to meet citizen and community needs by challenging employees with customer focused cost savings and service improvements.

Toward this end, eight projects have been highlighted as a means to drive efficiency and increase effectiveness in the use of city dollars, time and staff. “Redmond continues to evolve and develop new and efficient ideas that drive the way want to do business in order to optimize our resources,” said Mayor John Marchione. He adds, “I’m especially proud of these projects as they put the customer first, leverage cost saving ideas and are viable solutions to meet real needs.”
