Housing
. Redmond's official housing count showed 592 new homes by April 2015 for a total of 26,141 homes. The median size of a new single-family home decreased to 2,845 square feet in 2015, including attached and detached homes. The City added 49 new affordable homes in 2015, all of which were created through Redmond’s affordable housing regulations.
