School Resource Officers

School Resource Officers (SRO) are important partners for schools and the community and keeping schools safe and students on the right track. Lake Washington School District and the Redmond Police Department provide three school resources assigned to Redmond Middle School, Rose Hill Middle School, and Redmond High School. 

Officer Kim Corbray

Officer Kim Corbray is assigned to Redmond Middle School. Officer Corbray has been with the Redmond Police Department since 2007. Prior to her career in law enforcement, Officer Corbray worked with youth and families at various social services agencies. She has a very strong passion for working with the local youth. Officer Paul Edwardsen

Officer Paul Edwardsen is assigned to Rose Hill Middle School. Officer Edwardsen is a graduate of Redmond High, class of 1970. He worked for the Port of Seattle Police Department before coming to Redmond in 1983. During this tenure he served as a SWAT Officer, Officer in Charge, Field Training Officer, background investigator, and Crisis Negotiator. He has five children. Officer Kyle Olsen

Officer Kyle Olsen is assigned to Redmond High School. Officer Olsen started his law enforcement career at the Kirkland Police Department in 2007. He has worked as a Patrol Officer his entire career, serving as a Field Training Officer for Kirkland PD. Officer Olsen enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 year old son.  He also enjoys being outdoors and doing Crossfit on his time off. Contact Officer Olsen at kcolsen@redmond.gov.
