Planning Commission
The Planning Commission is made up of Redmond residents who volunteer their time to advise the Mayor and City Council on land use issues.  Regular meetings take place on the second, third, and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. Special meetings occur occasionally on the first and fifth Wednesdays.

Planning Commission Rules

Administrative rules govern how the Planning Commission will conduct its business.  They describe the general format for Planning Commission meetings, usual meeting days and other administrative details.  The Planning Commission rules were approved by City Council on 3/19/2014.

City Seeking New Planning Commission Member

The City of Redmond has an additional opening on the Planning Commission for anyone who lives within Redmond city limits. The City is committed to having a Commission that reflects the diversity of the community and encourages applications from all residents with interest in the future of Redmond, including those who may have applied for past vacancies. There is no deadline, but interested citizens are encouraged to apply by 5:00 p.m. on February 20, 2019. The position will remain open until filled.
