Plan Review submittal requirements are located on the second page of the application.

Gas water heater replacements require a Mechanical Permit.
Electric water heater replacements require a Plumbing Permit.

Please note that the Washington State Building Code Council did not adopt any fuel gas piping, combustion air or venting of equipment under the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code.

All fuel gas piping installations except LPG are covered by the 2009 International Fuel Gas Code and the 2009 International Mechanical Code.

Liquefied Petroleum Gas installations are covered by NFPA 54, the 2009 International Fuel Gas Code.

Storage, handling, transportation, and use of Liquefied Petroleum Gas fire permits will be required. See 2009 International Fire Code Chapter 38.

Use the Alteration and Tenant Improvement submittal information for projects that do not include any additional building square footage. For projects that increase the square footage of a building, use the Commercial / Multi-Family submittal information.

If you are proposing to construct a new single family residence or add on to your existing single family residence please review and submit the Supplemental Submittal Requirements.

To view your active permits through the E-Track Portal, you must complete the following steps:

Step 1: 
Complete the CONTACT REGISTRATION FORM and submit to the Development Services Center.

Step 2: 
Visit http://land.redmond.gov and register yourself as a "New User."
